Orders are shipped via UPS Economy unless otherwise arranged. Treats and supplements are sealed in protective pouches and packaged securely.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders of $34.98 or more (order subtotal, before tax).
- $5.99 flat rate on orders under $34.98.
The free-shipping threshold applies automatically at checkout — no code needed. Your cart shows how much more you need to add to qualify.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Handmade treats are baked to order, so please allow the full processing window before the carrier picks up.
